The event Lotus Caravan Owners Get Together held at Kilkivian Bush Camp was put together by Geoff Bailue, the owner of a Facebook group Lotus Caravans Owners Group. 

This successful event held on June 16th - 20th, was attended by over 70 Lotus Caravan owners up on the Sunshine Coast. This event was put together to allow Lotus Caravan owners a chance to meet and get to know each other along with enjoying a relaxed and fun filled event. This event not only provided full lunches and dinners but it also provided a load of giveaways including a WACO cooler, Portable Solar Panel, Weber Baby Q and much more.

George from Lotus Caravans also attended the event displaying the latest Lotus Caravan and spoke with many of the attendees. With daily activities, presentations and technical sessions on all days, this event provided all those who attend a place to talk about their own experiences, trips they've taken in their Lotus Caravan and make new friends. 

To get a perspective of what was on, here was the itinerary for the event:

Thursday 16/6
Meet and greet, official welcome and acknowledgement to sponsors, happy hour drinks and nibbles.

Friday 17/6 
Morning at leisure.
Afternoon - Mark Tramby with camp oven dinner preparations, happy hour drinks etc, group camp oven dinner.

Saturday 18/6
Morning at leisure.
Golf with Keith Murdoch, 4WD trip through the forest, visit to Kilkivan township, rainforest and lookout walk, Lotus Caravans presentation of new caravans on-site.

Afternoon technical sessions with Lotus Caravans representatives and Hervey Bay Caravans. Maintenance session with Keith Murdoch. Aust Caravan Club presentation by Craig Humphrey, happy hour drinks, etc, followed by group Xmas in July dinner partly and very kindly sponsored by Hervey Bay Caravans and Lotus Caravans.

Sunday 19/6
Day at leisure but with the possibility of further sessions or one on ones with our various sales and maintenance guests, 4WD trip, Caravan Quiz (devised by Roscoe Richmond), happy hour, etc.

Monday 20/6
Leisure morning and departure.
