Matthew was blown away by the service from Lotus Caravans when he bought his Freelander and he has been singing their praises ever since.

“After a few calls to various Lotus Caravans dealers I had the pleasure of getting a true down to earth man at Ian Grant’s Caravans, David Wilson, who was absolutely excellent in every aspect. Nothing was a problem and he was very helpful with his quality experience. Dealing with him and Fabio in the plans department and sorting out my custom build was hassle free and all done in a timely and efficient manner. 

Then further into the build, also liaising with Goce and Arlie at the Lotus Caravans factory. Yet again I saw the down to earth helpful characteristics from them great blokes - goes to show them traits go from the ground up at Lotus Caravans. I can honestly say many good things and I really can't give enough praise to the likes of David Goce and Arlie to take on any situation, to help rectify any problem or queries, and on such a personal and professional level within a high stakes and quality company such as Lotus Caravans made it an utmost pleasure. The end product of my van which I plan to travel in and work as a diesel mechanic around Australia in the not to distant future and living in it now, I have been more than happy with the quality and comforts that I call home. It’s better than I ever expected. Congratulations to George on building such a, not only reputable quality van but a team of staff and dealers alike, a credit to all.”
