The importance of this letter is to respond to recent social media activity, and the reason for this post is that on behalf of existing Lotus Caravan owners and future potential buyers that have reached out to us and asked for a defence to the accusations toward Lotus Caravans.

Lotus Caravans since 2004 have become the leader in off-road manufacturing. With over 3500 products built to date, our product has been tested more than any other genuine off-road, boutique manufacturer. In a very short time, Lotus Caravans is now known as one of the best caravans built in the country. With that said on a day to day basis, we continuously work and improve manufacturing techniques, quality, off and on road ability along with our customer service.

In saying customer service, we can only work with customers who are willing to be helped. There is no level that Lotus Caravans will not go to and assist customers with genuine warranty concerns. This is a very personal message from myself, my wife and the whole team here at Lotus Caravans as we are all so proud of the brand we have created and will not be made out to be something we’re not.

Moving forward in 2017 Lotus Caravans have created, we believe the best range of off-road caravans to date. We would like to invite potential buyers and all current owners to visit your dealerships and are welcome at the factory for a tour of the manufacturing plant.
