As 2023 draws to a close, we at Lotus Caravans want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continuous support throughout this remarkable year. Your trust in our brand has driven us to push boundaries and innovate, making this year incredibly rewarding and productive.
To allow our hardworking team a well-deserved break, we will be observing an end of year closure period from December 23rd, 2023, through to January 17th, 2024. Our first day back at the factory and office will be Thursday January 18, 2024.
During the break, our offices and support channels will be unavailable. However, your adventure doesn’t have to pause. For any inquiries or assistance needed during our closure, we kindly ask you to reach out to your nearest authorised Lotus Caravans repairer or your nearest Lotus Caravans dealer, who will be equipped and ready to support you with any questions, service needs, or guidance you may require.
